Z-Blog PHP 通过首字母查询TAG

做一个主题的时候遇到的问题，需要将TAG按照首字母分类进行排序。百度查到一组基于php和mysql的代码很好用，将代码分享于此，存档备案。请忽略效率之类的东西，这玩意儿要效率就没技巧。

不得不说ZBP的Getlist系列很好用(虽然我还没太用懂)。
